Katherine brings a wealth of experience to her practice, having previously served as a clinic director and senior nurse practitioner. Her credentials include being a Board-Certified Medical Examiner for the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), and she is OSHA 30 Hour Certified. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Having grown up between Kansas City, MO, and a small southern town in Missouri, Katherine values the importance of community and family. She is a proud mother of four wonderful boys and two girl dogs, enjoying outdoor activities, movie nights and family trips. Her upbringing in a large family, with three sisters and three brothers, has instilled in her a deep appreciation for closeness and support, which she brings into her professional and personal life.

Professional Areas of Interest – I have over 20 years experience in family medicine and 15 years in the Liberty area. I have a special interest in preventative medicine, chronic disease management and obesity management.
I have a passion for delivering comprehensive and compassionate healthcare to individuals and families of all ages. I firmly believe that a strong doctor-patient relationship is the foundation of excellent healthcare. I take the time to listen to my patients, understand their unique needs and concerns, and involve them in evidence-based decision-making about their health. Together, we can create a partnership aimed at achieving their health and wellness goals.
Personal Information – Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family which includes my husband, son ('09) and 2 spoiled Alaskan Klee Kai dogs which I love to talk about. We are passionate soccer fans and will be found at Sporting KC games and most other professional soccer games in town.
